Shipping: All shipping is done via USPS. USPS packages under 12 oz with a thickness less than 1 inch will ship as a first class regular mail.  Packages weighing over 1 lbs will ship first class OR ground. Priority is on case by case circumstance.  

Returns: Returns are accepted on a case by case basis. and based off any item that is less than parr of quality or marketing.  While we do our best, mistakes happen and we will be sure to make it right.

•We do ask that any returns are reported to us within 7 (seven) days of usps scanned delivery to the small shop recipient. Delayed opening of package can result in no refunds.  Once the item is check for quality and correct by you and sent to your customer, NO returns are accepted.  

•We will send a return label and we ask that you turn in, scanned to usps within 3 (THREE) days.  (Usps is open Monday-Saturday) We use usps tracking scans to assess this.  We have the right to refuse a full refund if this is not respected.

Shopify is set up to arrange these time frames, and will refund automatically upon delivery.   

Turn around Time: This time varies based on our season.  If you have reached 10 business days please EMAIL us at wine.sparkle.contact@gmail.com with your four digit order number and we can help you locate your order.  
BD = Business Days  our business days are Monday-Friday.  
custom orders close each Sunday - in which turn around starts.
